Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Greenridge Timber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Des Moines, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for subcontractor invoices in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
