Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Rivermark Willow Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Chicago, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 917 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for meter reading in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
