Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Summit Bright Housing Partners manages affordable housing communities across St. Louis. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for rent assistance in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
