Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Fernwood Hollow Farms is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for grower contracts in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
