Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Bright Mill Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Des Moines. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for dock schedules in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
