Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Clearpath Quill Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Sacramento. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for safety inspections in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
