Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Clear Environmental Services Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for fleet maintenance in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
