Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Lakeside Environmental Services and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 384 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for fleet maintenance in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
