Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Westbrook Amber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Madison, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
