Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Silverline Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Spokane, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
