Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Nova Haven Property Management looks after rental homes across the Minneapolis area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
