Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Amberfield Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Louisville. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for warranty claims in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
