Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Ironwood Granite Property Management manages apartment communities around Tampa. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
