Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Rivermark Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Atlanta. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for service appointments in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
