Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Silverline Thistle Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
