Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Maple Manufacturing Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for scrap and rework in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
