Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 441 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
