Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Bright Wilder Property Management Partners is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
