Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Summit Oak Foods Group is a Madison food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for allergen controls in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
