Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Stonegate Clear Freight is a Tampa logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for customer tracking in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
