Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Iron Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
