Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Meadow Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
