Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Highbridge Meadow Construction is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for project schedules in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
