Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Associates is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 631 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for fleet maintenance in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
