Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Pike Water Authority and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for billing accounts in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
