Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Westbrook Sable Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Toledo area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for treatment plant data in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
