Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Nova Sable Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Nashville. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
