Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Ironwood Granite Property Management is a Tampa property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
