Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Fernwood Stone Energy is an energy provider in Oakland focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for outage response in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
