Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Cobalt Construction Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 996 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for subcontractor invoices in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
