Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Granite Property Management Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
