Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Sparrow Facilities and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for cleaning schedules in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
