Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Westbrook Wilder Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Knoxville. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for parts orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
