Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ivory Foods and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for production batches in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
