Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Greenridge Bright Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Albuquerque, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
