Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Silverline Timber Housing Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
