Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Maple Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
