Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Summit Stone Freight is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for loads and lanes in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
