Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Greenridge North Press is a printer and publisher in Richmond serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for print quotes in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
