Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Amberfield Kestrel Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Sacramento plant. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for print quotes in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
