Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Rivermark Ivory Facilities is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 984 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for safety inspections in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
