Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Silverline Nest Property Management looks after rental homes across the El Paso area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
