Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Silverline Loom Property Management is a Denver property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
