Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Harborlight Orchard Freight Partners is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for carrier rates in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
