Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Greenridge Glen Facilities Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
