Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Rivermark Summit Property Management is a Fort Worth property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
