Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Silverline River Water Authority Partners is a public water utility serving the Nashville area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for billing accounts in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
