Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Maple Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for rent assistance in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
