Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Cedar Quarry Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Chicago region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for usage data in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
