Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Stonegate Bridge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Knoxville, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for usage data in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
